Movement Made Easy is no longer accepting bookings from 2023.

After the past 3 years weathering the uncertainty of COVID, I have decided to take an extended break from my practice.

Family committments requiring my ongoing attention have factored into this decision.

Thank you to all my lovely clients who I have been privilidged to see over the past 30 years.

Would you like to improve your ability to ‘move through life’ with ease, comfort and greater efficiency?

The Feldenkrais Method® is a movement education system which uses movement to facilitate learning and change, utilising the Neuroplasticity of the brain. It works by harnessing your brain's ability to adapt and change by recognising your habits, and gently exploring different options for the way that you move and act. 

The Feldenkrais Method® can benefit people of all ages, whether you are experiencing pain, postural problems, difficulties moving as a result of a stroke, brain injury, Parkinson's Disease and other neurological disorders, general limitations to daily activities, poor balance, problems sleeping,

or simply want to be the best you can be.
